About Love Ko the label
We are Dakota and Shaynna, the owners and designers of Love Ko The Label.
Love Ko was initially started by Dakota (nickname is Ko) as a creative outlet during pregnancy. The meaning of Love Ko is that of ending a letter - with love, from Ko. After some time, the business model didn't resonate with the name behind it and we knew it could be so much more so that's where our partnership started.
Originally both from Canada, we met years ago in Norway while our husbands were playing professional hockey together. Fast forward a few years and here we are living in the same city in Germany. We spent our time in Canada designing our products and we were able to source an ethical manufacturer in Europe.
We're so excited to share our vision with you of creating clothing for the sensitive skin of our kids, with as little impact on the environment as possible.
We're just two mamas with one vision.
SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS
We are taking small steps starting from production to delivery to minimize our environmental impact. Our products are made using organic cotton, bamboo, and/or recycled materials. They are also packaged in biodegradable shipping bags to keep your items safe while being mindful of the environment.

From design to production, our focus is to create products in a way that cares for all individuals involved. We partnered with a manufacturer that ensures all of their workers are paid a livable wage and provides a clean and safe working environment.
